Add tomatoes, capsicum, zucchini, olives and toss it well. Cook for a minute or so.
Add red chilli flakes, oregano, salt and tomato ketchup. Toss it and switch off the flame.
Take the brushcetta mini toast, apply a generous layer on it and top it with cheese. Cook it for 1/2 minute or till cheese melts. You can cook it in a microwave or on a non stick pan.
If you are using normal bread, you can either toast it first and then apply the masala and cheese. Or you can make it like an open toast.
