In a kadhai dry roast or sautxe9 Dalia on low flame for approx 5 minutes. This is done to remove that raw flavor from it. You can dry roast the entire Dalia packet at once and then can store it in a air tight container.
Once the dalia is roasted. Keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Once it’s heated add cumin seeds, hing and green chilies. Let the cumin seeds splutter.
Add roasted dalia and sautxe9 it for 1-2 minutes in ghee.
Once done add chopped carrots, tomatoes, peas and American corn.
Mix it well using a spoon. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Finally add water and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
Cook it on low flame for 2-3 whistles.
Once done, mix it well and you can now check the consistency.
