Dried pudina powder

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, take dahi/ curd. If Curd is thick add water to give it raita consistency. Whisk curd and water with the help of a whisker.
Add chopped tomatoes, onions, cumin powder, pudina powder and red chilli powder. Add salt according to taste. Mix all together.
Garnish it with mint leaves and some more chopped tomatoes and onions.
