No matter where we are, be it a flea market, a mall or at Haldiram’s, we always indulge in street food. No outing is ever complete without some chaat or these yummy Puchka Chaat. *Finger-licking Good*

Ingredients

Tamarind Date Chutney

Coriander Chutney

potato
Boiled chopped {medium}
to taste
Chaat Masala
to taste
Salt
to taste
red chilli
powder
Coriander leaves
for garnish
as required

Instructions
Arrange everything like so.
Make a hole in the puchkas. Add few diced potato and then add chopped onions in every puchka.
Now add curd on top of it.
Now put 1/2 teaspoon of coriander chutney. You can adjust according to your taste.
Now drizzle a bit of tamarind-date chutney. You can adjust this too.
Sprinkle chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder according to your taste.
Sprinkle sev, you can go for thin/bareek sev too.
Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and garnish it with few pomegranate seeds too {optional}
Your dahi puri Chaat is ready to serve.
