No matter where we are, be it a flea market, a mall or at Haldiram’s, we always indulge in street food. No outing is ever complete without some chaat or these yummy Puchka Chaat. *Finger-licking Good*

  1. Arrange everything like so.
  2. Make a hole in the puchkas. Add few diced potato and then add chopped onions in every puchka.
  3. Now add curd on top of it.
  4. Now put 1/2 teaspoon of coriander chutney. You can adjust according to your taste.
  5. Now drizzle a bit of tamarind-date chutney. You can adjust this too.
  6. Sprinkle chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder according to your taste.
  7. Sprinkle sev, you can go for thin/bareek sev too.
  8. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and garnish it with few pomegranate seeds too {optional}
  9. Your dahi puri Chaat is ready to serve.
