  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables. You can chop them finely or into juliennes.
  2. In a kadhai, heat oil. Add hing, rai, jeera, and slit green chili.
  3. Now add the cabbage, capsicum, and carrot. Let it cook on low flame.
  4. Add salt and haldi, it fastens the cooking speed.
  5. Once the cabbage is slightly cooked, add in all the masala. Add the finely chopped tomatoes.
  6. Mix everything well. Let it cook for another 2 minutes on low flame.
  7. Garnish with chopped dhaniya and serve with roti or dal-chawal.
