- Take any Papad of your choice. I have these mini Papad.
- Take any Microwave safe bowl. I have these orange ones. U can take glass ones too. But they should be microwave friendly. Grease the microwave bowl with oil and keep them aside.
- Fill water in a wide bowl or vessel. Dip Papad in the water for 2-3 seconds. Count one-two-three and soak the papad. Don't soak it too long otherwise the Papad will break and will not take the shape. Immediately pat dry Papad in a kitchen towel or napkin. The point is to take the excess water out.
- Now place the papad in the microwave bowl, which we have greased with oil. Twist the papad and let it take the shape of the bowl. Microwave it for exact 1 Minute at high temperature.
- Take out, let it cool down for few seconds and tada!
- For Filling :In a big mixing bowl. Take ChickpeasAdd Juicy, red and yum tomatoesAdd OnionsAdd Bundi- It adds crispy-ness and that crunch.Add coriander leaves.Add Masala which I have mentioned above, lemon juice and green chillies.Give it a toss and your tangy filing is readyPut the filling in the Papad Katori and serve immediately.
