Paneer/Cottage Cheese

Measuring Cup
besan
1 Measuring Cup = 200 gms

Red chilli Powder

Ajwain seeds

Haldi

teaspoon
chaat masala
coriander leaves
Finely chopped.

Instructions
Cut Paneer in cubes and sprinkle salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Toss it well and let it rest till we make besan batter.
In a mixing bowl, take besan add ajwain, sauf, red chilli powder, haldi, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves, hing. Mix everything.
Now mix water to make a medium thick consistency.
Heat Oil in a Kadhai. Dip Paneer pieces into the besan batter and fry them on medium heat. Fry them in small batches.
Voila! Paneer Pakoras are ready to serve with Chutney.

The batter should be medium thick.
Fry them in small batches.
Cook them in hot oil at medium heat. We want it to get properly cooked from inside and outside.
