Paneer Pakora is Paneer/Cottage Cheese dipped in Besan batter and then fried to make Pakoras. Have it with Amrud Dhaniya Chutney or Coriander Chutney . Quick, simple and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 100 gms Paneer/Cottage Cheese
- 1 Measuring Cup besan 1 Measuring Cup = 200 gms
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sauf
- 1/4 teaspoon Haldi
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- coriander leaves Finely chopped.
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- salt to taste
- Hing a pinch
- water as required
- Oil For Frying

Instructions
- Cut Paneer in cubes and sprinkle salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Toss it well and let it rest till we make besan batter.
- In a mixing bowl, take besan add ajwain, sauf, red chilli powder, haldi, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves, hing. Mix everything.
- Now mix water to make a medium thick consistency.
- Heat Oil in a Kadhai. Dip Paneer pieces into the besan batter and fry them on medium heat. Fry them in small batches.
- Voila! Paneer Pakoras are ready to serve with Chutney.

- Cook them in hot oil at medium heat. We want it to get properly cooked from inside and outside.
