In a mixer jar, crush betel leaves using your hands.
Add gulkand, peppermint, and elaichi. {Do not add too much peppermint, start with adding 1/4th teaspoon or a pinch}
Add vanilla ice cream and little water.
Blend it in a mixer and sieve it through a muslin cloth or a colander.
Pour it into shot glasses and serve it chill.
Tada! Paan shots are ready to serve.

Check betel leaves/ Paan before buying. There are various varieties available in the market. We want meetha patti paan.
You can add crushed ice into the blender and then churn.
