What happens when you experiment and try to mix Mexican with Rajasthani cuisine? You end up making Nachos Ghughari Bhel. And Oh-My-God, not bragging but it tastes so yum. Different and loaded with flavors, it’s definitely a hatke recipe.
If you are bored with trying the regular bhel, you should definitely check and try this out.
Ghughari is a traditional Rajasthani snack recipe where whole wheat grains and chana dal is boiled together and then chopped tomatoes, onions and masala are added to it. It’s a kind of Ghughari Bhel.
Since I love experimenting, thought why not give this Ghughari a twist and serve it with crushed Nachos. Trust me it tastes so yummy and finger-licking good.
You can make Nachos at home, but I prefer to buy as there are so many options available in the market these days. The one I have used are these Cornitos Nachos Chips, these are available in so many different flavors, you can pick any one of your choices. I have picked Cheese & Herbs and Tikka Masala.
