Mushroom soup is a healthy, delicious, and creamy soup recipe that doesn’t take much time and can be made with few ingredients from the kitchen. A perfect one-pot recipe to try this Winter season.
Now add in milk and let it cook or take a boil. Add in white pepper powder, black pepper powder, salt, and red chili flakes. Cook all this for 2-3 minutes.
Once cool down, blend this using a hand blender. You can blend it to make a smooth soup or have a little bite of mushroom. This is up to you.
Cook the blended soup again with some water. Adjust the consistency and the salt/pepper.
Once done, serve it hot and garnish it with garlic oil, roasted mushrooms, red chili flakes, and coriander leaves.
Have it with garlic bread or bread croutons. Enjoy!!!
