  1. In a mixing bowl take chopped meethi, onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies. You can chop everything together in a chopper too.
  2. Add all the spices and mix it well. Add water very carefully. We want a soft tikki kinda mixture. You can adjust the besan accordingly.
  3. Apply a bit of oil in your hands and make round balls out of the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry these on low flame till golden brown in color.
  5. Serve it hot with ketchup and chutney.
Recipe Notes
  • You can avoid garlic if you want.
