Here’s a healthy, yummy and winter special recipe that can be made in a jiffy. Winter season calls for Garma-garam kebabs and a hot cup of chai. These meethi kebabs are a must try at home or serve it when you have guests coming over.

Ingredients
- 250 Gms Meethi leaves Wash & roughly chopped
- 1/2 Cup or Katori besan
- 2-3 Number Onions Finely Chopped.
- 1 Inch ginger Finely chopped
- 3-4 Number Green Chillies Finely chopped
- 2-3 Number garlic Crushed and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Ajwain/ Carom Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
- to taste salt
- For frying Oil
- as required water

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl take chopped meethi, onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies. You can chop everything together in a chopper too.
- Add all the spices and mix it well. Add water very carefully. We want a soft tikki kinda mixture. You can adjust the besan accordingly.
- Apply a bit of oil in your hands and make round balls out of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry these on low flame till golden brown in color.
- Serve it hot with ketchup and chutney.
Recipe Notes
- You can avoid garlic if you want.
