Instructions
Peel and chop Onions into thin slices. Separate them using your hands. You can slice them up the way you want.
Put these into a mixing bowl. Add all the spices, lemon and salt.
Sprinkle crushed kasoori meethi, this is optional.
Lastly add chopped coriander and few mint leaves.
Mix them well. Check the seasoning and adjust according to your taste.
Serve it as a side dish or as a salad. You can serve these with Dal Makhani, Jeera Rice or Chhole.
