This is exactly not a “recipe”. Also it’s nothing new but still this side dish adds flavour to your food and completes your “thali” or plate. You might make this every single day and some of you can’t eat your food without it, this side dish is a hit! If I have nothing to eat or if I don’t like any sabzi of my choice, I can eat my entire meal with it.
Masala Onions or Masala Pyaaz is no rocket science, but still I thought why not add it to my list of recipes. It’s easy, simple and doesn’t require any cooking. It adds zing to your food and makes your thali complete.
You can serve these with Dal Makhani, Chhole, Jeera Rice etc.
