Sandwich and Cheese makes me go weak and when you combine these two, the combination itself is a hit. You can never go wrong with a Cheese Sandwich, right?
Make it when you are hungry or have it in breakfast. It is filling and tastes yum. Perfect to serve it to your kids, they will love it for sure.

You can use any cheese of your choice, be it processed cheese or mozzarella. But for this recipe I decided to go with cream cheese. Cream cheese is easily available in the market, it spreads like butter and tastes yum!

- 1 packet Bread
- 1 Cream Cheese tub
- 1 tomato
- 2 potato boiled and mashed
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder red
- 1/2 teaspoon mango powder dry
- 1 green chili
- to taste salt
- as required butter
- coriander leaves fresh
Ingredients

- Boil potatoes and once cool down, mash them in a bowl.
- In the same bowl, add cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, chopped green chili, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all this well.
- Slice tomato in thin slices. Keep it aside.
- Take a bread slice, apply butter and cream cheese on it. Don't forget to apply generous amount of cream cheese. {tee-hee}
- Apply potato mixture over the cream cheese, spread it well.
- Place a tomato on the slice and cover it with another slice of bread.
- Grill them till golden brown. You can cook it on pan too.
- Serve it with coriander chutney or ketchup.
- Yummy! Cream Cheese Sandwich is ready to eat.
