Mango Yogurt Parfait with Granola Bars. Perfect for breakfast or after gym sessions. Loaded with lots of good ingredients, this is an energy booster.
In a mixing bowl, whisk yogurt. It should be creamy and soft. Make sure you using thick yogurt and not runny.
In the same mixture add fresh mango puree. You can make Mango puree from any mangoes available, add sugar if required.
Mix both the yogurt and the mango puree.
Break the Granola Bars into medium chunks.
In a glass, layer 2 tablespoon of Mango Yogurt Puree. On top of it add mixed seeds. Again add a layer of Mango & Yogurt. Now crush some granola bars and add.
You can repeat the steps or arrange as you wish.
Finish it with some mixed seeds and pomegranate seeds.
