Mango Delight is an easy Mango recipe that can be made in a jiffy. Mangoes can be eaten just like that or in a dessert. The season of Mangoes is about to get over but I want to end this Season with another Mango dessert that doesn’t require many ingredients. It’s yum and fun to make.
Mango Delight is made with mango pieces and whipped cream. Ideally, it should be served as layers of whipped cream and in between, there are layers of Mango pieces. But to make it easier I have made it this way and nonetheless, it tastes yum. If you don’t have whipped cream, you can always go for fresh “Ghar Ki Malai”.
I have added a touch of “something special” that makes it even yummier. Keep on reading to know what’s the secret ingredient.

- 1.5 Katori/cup Whipped cream
- 2 Number Mangoes Any sweet mango (Badam, langda, alphanso) - Diced
- 1 teaspoon Kesar Sharbat the one we drink during Summer
- 3-5 strands Kesar
- 2-3 number Pistachios Finely chopped

- Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into cubes. It should be cut into medium size. You can take any Mango of your choice. I have taken 1 Badam Mango and 1 Ripe langda Mango.
- In a mixing bowl, take whipped cream, add diced Mangoes and fold them gently. Now add 1/2-1 teaspoon of Kesar Elaichi or Kesar sharbat and mix well.
- Garnish it with Kesar and Pistachios. Serve cold.
- Adding sugar is optional. If you want it to be too sweet add sugar or else avoid.
- Take ripe mangoes that are sweet in taste.
- Kesar sharbat is optional too as you can add just Kesar too.
- Can be served as a Pudding too.
- Can be made with home-made fresh Malai as well.
