My mother-in-law makes this Kairi pyaaz chutney and it’s super yummy and can be made in 5 minutes.
This recipe doesn’t require any blender or a mixer. Yes, you read it correctly – a chutney recipe that doesn’t require a mixer or a blender. For this chutney, we grate the onion and raw mango. With a few ingredients in your kitchen, this chutney can be made in a jiffy. This chutney is a must-have during Summer as Kairi or raw mango protects us from heat and dehydration.

- 1 Medium Size Kairi/ Raw mango Grated
- 2 Medium size onion Grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin powder
- 4-5 leaves Pudina Leaves Roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves Chopped
- Black Salt to taste
- Salt to taste
- a pinch Haldi Powder

- Firstly, peel onions and kairi. Keep it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, grate both of them. Add salt, black salt/kala namak, roasted and crushed cumin powder, crushed pudina leaves, chopped coriander and a pinch of haldi.
- Mix everything together and voila, it's ready.
- Kairi Pyaaz ki chutney is ready.
Adjust onion and raw mango as per your taste. If you don't like too much sour, add more onions.
