Instructions
Wash, peel and cut potato in dices.
Wash and finely chop spring onions.
Heat oil in a Kadhai.
Add cumin seeds and green chilies on a low flame. Let the cumin seeds splutter.
Now add diced potato and chopped spring onions and cook them on a low flame till they become soft. Keep stirring them in between.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, garam masala, and salt.
Stir and mix well.
Switch of the gas and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves
Serve it with parathas or rotis.
Your Hare Pyaaz and Aloo Sabzi is ready.
