- Use fresh dahi. Do not use sour one.

- 100 gms Fresh coriander leaves
- 2-3 teaspoons Thick curd Curd should not be sour.
- 1/2 teaspoon Jeera/Cumin seeds
- 1-2 number Green Chilies
- Salt to taste

- In a mixer jar, blend in dhaniya + Curd + jeera and salt.
- Don't add water as curd will help in grinding.
- If require, you can add more curd or water.
- Blend it to a chutney consistency. Adjust the spicy-ness and salt.
- Dahi wali chutney is ready to serve.
