  1. Mix coffee powder in milk and keep it aside.
  2. Take a Microwave safe mug. Add melted butter, condensed milk and milk + coffee mixture. Mix it well with the help of a spoon or fork.
  3. Now add Baking powder, baking soda and flour/maida.
  4. Mix it well so that there are no lumps in it. It should be a smooth batter consistency
  5. Finally add some walnuts according to your preference. Mix well
  6. Microwave this at 850-900 W for 2 minutes.
  7. After two minutes it will be done, just check it with a toothpick.
  8. Voila! 2 minutes egg less mug cake is ready!
  9. You can sprinkle some more walnuts on top for that extra crunch.

Notes :

  • Every microwave has different settings. I have Samsung one at home and have chosen Microwave button > 850-900 W temperature > 2 minutes timing.
  • Make sure you have a Microwave safe mug.
  • I have used measuring spoons to measure the ingredients.
