Mug Cake? Really? This was my reaction when I first saw it on TV. I was like whoa, this is interesting and the best part (at least for me and for all those who don’t eat egg) is it’s an eggless recipe and can be made in 2 minutes. WHAT? Yes, this recipe takes exactly 2 minutes in Microwave.
Perfect for those sweet cravings, this recipe is a sure shot hit. You just require few ingredients and you are sorted 😉

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter {Melted}
- 4 tablespoons Condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons Milk
- 2 teaspoons Coffee Powder
- 4 tablespoons Flour Maida /
- 1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder
- a pinch Baking Soda
- as required Walnuts

Instructions
- Mix coffee powder in milk and keep it aside.
- Take a Microwave safe mug. Add melted butter, condensed milk and milk + coffee mixture. Mix it well with the help of a spoon or fork.
- Now add Baking powder, baking soda and flour/maida.
- Mix it well so that there are no lumps in it. It should be a smooth batter consistency
- Finally add some walnuts according to your preference. Mix well
- Microwave this at 850-900 W for 2 minutes.
- After two minutes it will be done, just check it with a toothpick.
- Voila! 2 minutes egg less mug cake is ready!
- You can sprinkle some more walnuts on top for that extra crunch.

Notes :
- Every microwave has different settings. I have Samsung one at home and have chosen Microwave button > 850-900 W temperature > 2 minutes timing.
- Make sure you have a Microwave safe mug.
- I have used measuring spoons to measure the ingredients.
