An easy Canape Chaat recipe for every Chaat lover. If you are bored of trying the same old Pani-Puri or Puchka Chaat, you should definitely try this. Perfect for Kitty Parties or make it as an evening snack and have it with a cup of Chai. Super easy and quick to make.
Canapes are small baskets in which you can fill any filling of your choice and serve. I have got a packet from a local store, these are pretty available everywhere. You can add any ingredients of your choice, but to make it a bit healthy I have used Moong and Chana Sprouts. Tangy, spicy and full of flavors, this Canape Chaat is a hit recipe.
The ingredients used in this recipe are easily available. For the sprouts, I have soaked Moong Daal and Chana in water for overnight and then drained the water the next day. After this you have to keep them in a Sprout container or in a warm place so that sprouts can be made.

- 1 onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tomato Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup Corn American
- 1/2 cup Chana Moong Dal Sprouted and
- 1 tablespoon chutney Imli
- 1 tablespoon Coriander chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt

- Do the preparation first and when you are about to serve, then put the filling otherwise it will become soggy.
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped tomatoes, onions, American corn and sprouts.
- Add tamarind/imli and coriander chutney.
- Finally add chaat masala, salt and red chili powder.
- Mix it well.
- Before serving, put this filling into the canapes and serve.
- You can add more chutney on the top and can add bhujiya/sev too.
- Tada! Yummy Canapes Chaat is ready to serve.
