In a mixing bowl or bhagona or tapeli, take buttermilk and bajra flour. Combine it well so that there are no lumps whatsoever.
If you do not have Buttermilk, you can mix Curd and water and make it like buttermilk consistency. Do check the sourness according to your taste and preference.
Once the bajra flour is mixed in the buttermilk, put the bowl or bhagoni onto the gas and let it come to a boil. Just like how we make Kadhi.
Now add salt, black pepper powder, and roasted jeera powder. Let it boil for another 2-3 minutes and add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it hot and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Measure the buttermilk according to the number of people. For one person, take 1 glass of buttermilk.
If the buttermilk is sour, add water and adjust the sourness.
Add Bajra flour just like how we add besan when making Kadhi. The quantity is little.
