Aam Peda or commonly known as Mango Peda is a delicious Indian mithai made of Mango Puree, sugar, and milk powder. Decadent, melts in your mouth, and a perfect recipe for festivals.

  1. In a nonstick pan, take Mango puree, add powdered sugar and cook it for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add in milk powder, ghee, and saffron-infused milk.
  3. The idea is to cook everything together on low flame till it starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  4. It takes about 10-12 minutes on low flame. The dough should come together.
  5. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Make pedas out of it and garnish with Saffron.
