Thandai is a refreshing summer drink which is specially prepared during Holi, which is an Indian festival. It’s a tradition as everyone prepares Thandai during Holi and serves it to their guests and family members.
Thandai is made of Milk and a Mixture of spices known as “Thandai Masala”. Nowadays, you can find ready-made Thandai Masala in the market, but to give it a personal touch, I decided to make it at home. It’s really easy to make and you can store in airtight containers.
