Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich.

Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich is a tasty and healthy sandwich recipe which can be served as a tea time snack or can be served to your kids in breakfast or in Tiffin. It’s simple, easy, and can be made in a jiffy. If you are bored with those regular Aloo-Sandwich or Bombay-Sandwich, you can give this a try.

For Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich I have used FunFoods egg-less Mayonnaise, which is easily available in the market these days. Linking it here for your referral.

For this recipe, I have used Capsicum, Carrot, and Cabbage. You can choose any vegetable of your choice. Also, you can add any spice or chaat-masala and give it your own twist. Chopped onions can be added but since I am making a no onion no garlic version, I have skipped it.

Make it, even more, healthier by using Multigrain bread or a Brown bread.
