Summer and Raitas go hand in hand. One thing I absolutely love about Summers apart from Mangoes {Obviously, he-he} is the huge variety of Raitas you can try. From Boondi Raita to Walnut-Grape Raita to Anar ka Raita, the variety is huge and you can experiment with it.
Today’s post is one of the easiest and simplest raita recipes which we all have it in Summers. Nothing fancy, nothing rocket science, this recipe is a must try and a must have. At times I just eat Pyaaz Tamatar Raita with Parathas and I am done with my lunch.
It’s creamy, it’s healthy and you can make it in a jiffy.
Let’s get started.
