Capsicum Raita is a flavourful yogurt based dish. If you are bored of having normal dahi or raita, try this one. It’s different in taste and can be made in a jiffy. Flavourful raita made with sautéed capsicum, fresh yogurt, and basic masala. It tastes absolute yum and acts as a great side dish.
You can have this with Jeera Rice, Parathas or Pulav. With few basic ingredients, you can easily make it in 5-10 minutes. You can try this Onion Raita too.

Instructions
- Wash capsicum. Chop into small pieces. You can finely chop it too.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. I have this small one. You can use a Kadhai too.
- Once oil is heated, add mustard seeds and fresh curry leaves.
- Now add chopped capsicum. Mix it well and sautxe9ed it for few minutes. We want the capsicum to cook well but still have a little crunch.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder.
- Mix everything well and switch off the gas. Our tadka is ready.
- Now using a whisker/spoon, whisk dahi in another bowl. Pour the capsicum mixture.
- Mix it well. Taste it and then you can adjust the salt according to the taste. Since we didn't add salt to dahi, you might need more.
- Always taste before you serve.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve chill.
- Have with Jeera Rice, pulav or Paratha. Enjoy
