Instructions
- Take sooji in a big mixing bowl.
- Add dahi, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, sweet corn kernels, capsicum. Mix it well. Now add salt, pepper and red chili powder. Mix all these well and set aside for 5-10 minutes. It should be of medium thick consistency.
- You can add water if the mixture is not mixing properly. Let the mixture rest for few minutes.
- After 10 minutes, make a tadka by heating oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and a pinch of hing. Let it splutter.
- Pour this tadka on the rava mixture and mix well.
- Finally chop curry leaves and add it to the mixture.
- Take bread slices, apply a thick mixture of the batter.
- Heat butter/ghee in a tava, grease it well and toast the bread on both the sides till golden brown. Rava will stick to the pan so make sure you apply good amount of butter/oil/ghee. Let it cook at low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
